Return / Exchange Policy
The following policies apply to Oceanmoon Clothing only:
If you aren’t happy with your Oceanmoon items for any reason simply send it back to us within 14 days. We offer exchanges if you’d like a different size/color/item or return approved items for a refund. See the return policy below. Fill out the returns & exchanges form included with your order and mail along with your return item(s) back to us! Keep your return tracking number handy incase you don't hear from us or we need shipping proof! Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery will under no circumstance be considered for a refund or exchange.
- The following items are considered FINAL SALE : Bottoms, booty shorts, rompers, bodysuits, playsuits and any items that may be considered "intimate" items / Sale items / Custom made orders / One off or vintage pieces are final sale and will say so in the products description.
- Returns and exchanges must be in original condition; tags and original packaging in tact, unwashed, unworn, clean condition. We take this very seriously!
- Shipping fees will not be credited and return shipping cost is the customers responsibility unless we messed up on our end.
- We appreciate your patience as we process your returns! Refunds are typically processed within 1-5 days after we receive your return, and funds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear back into your bank account.
- If you'd like to exchange for a different size/color/item please specify on your return form by checking the exchange box. Once we receive your returned items we will email you a store credit code which you can use at shopoceanmoon.com anytime you want for whatever you want!
